Chia seed bowl

Ingredients

  • goat milk kefir

  • ground flax seeds

  • chia seeds

  • peanut butter

  • wild blueberries

  • blueberry granola

  • bee pollen

  • cinnamon

  • vanilla bar

Method

  1. Add ground flax seeds and chia seeds to a cereal bowl.

  2. Add goat milk.

  3. top off with peanut butter, wild blueberries, granola, bee pollen, cinnamon, and vanilla bar.

  4. Enjoy!
