When visiting the US from Indonesia for the first time, Market regular Ingrid spent her first week trying every type of American food possible. This simple dish, she said, was the perfect palate cleanser and certainly one to remember as it was shared amongst four friends hailing from New York, Philadelphia, and Indonesia. Serve yourself a heaving helping of this dish, which has pleased taste buds from across the globe!

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 1 bunch of grapes, halved

  • 2 oz. goat cheese

  • your choice of greens and dressing (we recommend a simple lemon vinaigrette)

Method

  1. Grill the chicken until it’s charred, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Combine salad greens, grapes, goat cheese, chicken, and drizzle with dressing of choice. Enjoy!
