A common misconception with vegan/vegetarian diets is that there’s no protein in these meals. We’re here to let you know that there are so many ways to get protein from a plant-based diet. @east.coast.avocado is a pro at curating healthy meals that will give you the nutrients you need and make you feel so good!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein oats

  • 1 tbs chia seeds

  • 1 tbs plant-based protein

  • 2 tbs almond butter

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbsp bee pollen

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin spice granola

  • 2 tbs maple syrup

Method

  1. Microwave 1/2 cup of oats with 1 cup of water and then add heavy cream & vanilla plant based protein and 1 tbs of chia seeds

  2. Add everything to a bowl and enjoy!
