Three-way pizza

Inspiration

This meal has stolen a-PIZZA our heart! Market regular, @meals.from.meelz, curated a vegetarian-friendly market meal, serving 3-4 people.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of sweet & regular beets

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • 1/4 cup mushrooms

  • 2 tbsp wildflower local honey

  • 2 tbsp truffle hummus

  • 1/3 cup garlic-dill goat cheese

  • 1/3 cup mozzarella balls

  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce

Method

  1. First bake for cauliflower crust for 10 minutes on each side and prep your toppings in the meantime.

  2. Once cooked on both sides, start dividing the pie and adding the sauce. For one quarter, I spread spicy red pepper tomato sauce and added spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese. On the other quarter, I spread kale-basil pesto with tomatoes, spinach, and mozzarella. On the remaining half, I spread truffle hummus, sweet beets, brie, onions, goat cheese, and drizzles of honey & balsamic
