One for your bucket list -- try all 200+ types of Emmi Farms fruits and vegetables! Founded by great grandfather, Anthony Emmi, in 1946, he started his farm by selling fruits and veggies at his roadside stand and the Market. He passed the farm onto his son, Carmen Emmi, and then onto new management. Guess who? Carmen's son, Tony Emmi. The majority of Emmi grandchildren are still growing their 300-acre family farm.

Under their management, the farm was incorporated as Emmi & Sons Inc. in 1961. Carmen Emmi's eldest son, Tony Emmi, joined the farm in 1992, and is the present General Manager. In 1994, shortly after his return, the main Baldwinsville location was established. Including the packing facility, greenhouses, maintenance shop, farm stand, and housing for 60 seasonal employees. The farm currently includes 300 acres of fruits and vegetables, and employs nearly 100 people during the season, including a majority of Carmen Emmi's grandchildren.
