Inspiration

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kosher salt or fine sea salt

  • 1/4 cup monosodium glutamate (MSG)

  • ~ 1/4 cup whatever dried herbs and spices you like (I used 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp dried marjoram, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, and 2 tsp black pepper)

Method

Mix together and sprinkle on popped popcorn, or use to brine proteins or season vegetables before grilling or roasting!
