Don Overway, owner of Integrated Systems Design Inc., knows how to SLICE it.
After purchasing the business from previous vendor, Bruce Smith, Don has kept the Market stocked with cutlery. Primarily selling Rada knives which has been manufactured in Waverly, Iowa since 1948 and include a lifetime warranty, he absolutely loves the concept of sourcing and selling American made products. Prior to taking over for Bruce, Don owned and office equipment business and was a pilot. As a customer of Bruce’s, Don decided to take over for him when Bruce was ready to retire. Eight years later, he continues to stock his table with wide variety and even offers free knife sharpening.
Don loves sharing his knowledge of the product with his customers, always providing quality and valuable customer service. Committed to both new and existing customers, he does his best to ensure he has a product for everyone. He’s also at the Market every Saturday and Sunday year round — it’s an enormous commitment but being available to repeat customers is a service he takes seriously. Some of the other products Don offers are gloves, fixed and assisted knives and unique cutlery items.
