A family business located in the heart of the Finger Lakes, LyonSmith Brewing Co. specializes in beers of the United Kingdom with the intention to honor the tradition and long esteemed history of this region. Dave Smith, head brewer and owner, uses English-style hops in all of his beers along with all-natural ingredients that utilize 100% of their ingredients from local vendors - making LyonSmith Brewing Co. a farm brewery.

When shopping in F-Shed, you'll be greeted by Sara Lyon’s big smile and a great big sign reminding us that 'You can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning!' She'll tell you all about their wide selection of local brews as well as their commitment to a few core values. “At LyonSmith Brewing we currently have our four permanent beer selections available by the bottle. Our permanent selection of beers includes our Reid’s Mild, a light, easy-drinking beer, the Rylie Pale Ale, an easy-drinking pale ale with lots of earthy flavors, our Rhiannon Red, a very traditional Irish Red, and our 1814 Flood Porter, a robust porter with a smoky finish. We also feature a different seasonal brew every month and occasional semi permanents, one-offs, and special releases. Our love for family and history radiates throughout everything we do.
