Owner Chris Gentile is a cookie connoisseur and he's known for going the extra mile with his homemade recipes. He makes his own toffee for the toffee cookies, infuses butter with a fresh bay leaf, includes fresh sage and thyme in their lemon herb cookie, and the mouthwatering chocolate chips in their famous chocolate chip cookies are extremely very high quality. Beyond sourcing ingredients and carefully baking each cookie, he's a jack-of-all-trades. Developing recipes, packaging each item, and waking up for those notorious early mornings to sell his products, he's a full-fledged entrepreneur with a passion that shines through every new recipe.

Bringing his New York City culinary experience to Central New York when the pandemic hit, Chris began baking and cooking in his free time. When his cookies became a huge success amongst his friends he decided to start his own business and chose the Regional Market as the first place to share his creations with our community. "More people should shop at Farmers Markets," says Chris, “You’ll find really great specialty items that you can’t find elsewhere, all while supporting the local community, plus it’s pleasant and more intimate than large grocery stores."

Find Chris and team every Saturday between 7am-2pm in F-Shed or order for pick up or delivery throughout the week from their East Syracuse location on East Genesee St. in Syracuse. They have weekly specials which include holiday cookies and variety gift boxes. Andddd we also heard a rumor that they may expand beyond cookies in the near future 🤩🤫🤩
